Problem: Design a learning solution to address chronic  budget and invoice process mistakes that resulted in several audits from the budget oversight agency.


Solution: Designed, developed, and delivered a VILT session to help learners accurately recall guidelines and procedures for managing the company's and VA GPD sub-budgets. Also facilitated an information-sharing session between Budget/Fiscal SMEs and learners.
