In addition to being a dedicated wife, loving mother, supportive big sister, and cherished aunty, I'm deeply passionate about my career journey. My roots in South Florida, infused with Jamaican heritage, have shaped my cultural identity and appreciation for diverse experiences.

 

Now settled in Atlanta with my husband Reggie and our son Ezekiel, family is at the core of my joy.

Transitioning from a fulfilling role as a Speech Therapist Assistant/Special Educator, I pursued higher education, earning a Master's in Education in Learning, Design, and Technology from the University of Georgia in 2019. This led me to a dynamic role as an eLearning Curriculum Developer and Trainer at the City University of New York.

 

Over the past seven years, I've thrived and been promoted to additional roles as a Senior Instructional Designer and Learning and Development Manager, fostering collaboration, designing impactful training programs, and mentoring a dedicated team.

I embrace challenges as opportunities to refine my skills, whether in instructional design, people management, or business acumen.
