Problem: Learners struggled to access and retain written Health & Safety policies for the client's business. This put the business at risk for audits from the federal government.

Solution: Designed and developed, in collaboration with SMEs, a series of short video that outlined critical statement of processes as described within the client's Health &  Safety procedures. These emails were marketed to learners via email marketing solutions and attestation requests to confirm completion.

My Role: Lead Instructional Designer, ILT facilitator, training program manager & coordinator.

Problem: Design a "just-in-time" learning solution to help end-users accurately submit housing subsidy applications via new property management software. High denial rates stemmed from incorrect data entries, requiring targeted support for independent users. Stakeholders reported the highest errors occurred on the "Utilities" page within the software.

Solution: Created a desk guide infographic detailing step-by-step data entry for the "Utilities" page in the property management system. Printed copies were distributed during instructor-led training

"Don't Snap & Drive" PSA Video
Tools Used: Camtasia

My Role: Student Instructional Designer, UGA

Problem: The client, a non-profit youth summer camp, needed learning materials to support their "Driving Safety" summer curriculum. They wanted to target a worrying trend of young drivers being distracted by social media while driving a vehicle.

Solution: We agreed on short, bursts of educational videos (aka micro-learnings) that learners could access independently. The Safety Campaign included an online student portal where students accessed and completed short assignments that contributed to their program grade, such as this video.
